Working in a live environment where safety is paramount.

Wren were appointed as part of the Barchester Healthcare framework in 2016 and have delivered over 20 high-end refurbishment projects to date. The works have been undertaken within a live care home environments which has required careful planning and a flexible approach to the delivery programme.

The works typically include strip out of existing rooms, adaptation and replacement of both mechanical and electrical services, new partitions, ceiling and carpentry works, decoration and floor finishes to form new en-suite bedrooms, assisted bathrooms, hair salons, dining and lounge rooms as well as back of house and reception areas.
